The exercises and general information on foundations are divided into small and age-appropriate lessons.

Agility – Building Up Foundations
The entire training concept is primarily based on verbal communication and teaches the perfect understanding of any cue that will be needed on the agility course.
In this online class the foundations for agility will be laid. This is done in very small steps and in a motivating way to earn as much selfconfidence and understanding as possible.

In this class the agility basics are queried in short sequences for a lot of confidence, motivation and of course understanding.
You will receive every second week a lesson that includes videos in addition to a written explanation and course plan.
